TradeDoubler nominated for IT-rookie of the year

Stockholm, Sweden  13 November 2001 For the sixth year in a row the award Guldmusen will be distributed in Sweden. Awards are given to companies in five different categories; IT-rookie of the year, IT-personality of the year, best IT-product of the year, best research project within the IT area and best IT analyst of the year.

Candidates have been nominated by the magazines dagensit.se, Ny Teknik, Affärsvärlden and Datateknik 3.0 together with their readers, and a jury has then selected the three nominees in each category.

The criteria for getting nominated within the category IT-rookie is that the company shall be established, working within a niche area in the IT-industry and that has become a company with strong growth.

TradeDoubler is one of the nominated rookies, as it is the European leader of performance based marketing within digital medias. Other nominated companies are Columbitech, that develops software for secure mobile transfering, and Kreatel that is leading within development of IP-based products for broad band-tv and telephone services.

On the 22:nd of October a big gala will take place in Stockholm where the winners will be presented.
