Listing information

The Board of Directors of TradeDoubler AB (publ) and its shareholders decided on 21 October 2005 to diversify the company's shareholder base via a flotation on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

The share issue comprised 11,673,980 shares, representing 43% of TradeDoubler's equity and voting capital and with a value of SEK 1.3 billion. The offer was six times subscribed, with 93% of the shares being allocated to institutional investors and 7% to retail investors.

The TradeDoubler share made its debut on the Stockholm Stock Exchange O list on 8 November 2005.
